Last Saturday, I went to the second annual InterPlay Film Festival here in Fort Mac. I’ve seen tons of ad materials about it but I was never really sure what the festival was about. To be honest, I didn’t even know it was a film festival until after I had gone and decided to google it. That was a bummer, because if I had known, I would’ve actually stayed longer and watch a few films (instead of wandering around, buying cotton candy and watching sideshows). I guess there is always next year.
Here are a few pictures Tav and I took:
I was never really into extreme sports–mostly because I suck at every sport known to man and partly because I can’t let myself enjoy watching stunts where even the slightest miscalculation can result in a terrible accident. I must admit though that Kris Garwasiuk and Bruce Cook of Global FMX, pictured doing the stunts, made it look fun.
Another sideshow was Bike Boy, a juggling street performer. Apparently he had auditioned for Australia’s Got Talent in the past. A couple of pictures from his street performance during interPlay:
